Whistleblower protection

To report significant violations of our values, our Code of conduct / Code of Conduct and other legal violations, an anonymous whistleblower system from LegalTegrity is available to our employees, customers, suppliers and other parties.

enventa Group GmbH also manages the whistleblower system for its subsidiaries and has commissioned an ombudsman to process reports about the whistleblower system anonymously upon request. This system is available in English and German. It allows a confidential dialogue with specially appointed trusted persons and the enventa compliance department, secured by special encryption. Our ombudsman processes the information received via the whistleblower system confidentially and independently and carries out an initial legal evaluation of the information before further measures are taken within the company. In order for your report to be properly processed and investigated, it is important that the report is as specific as possible.

It is helpful if you consider the five W questions when reporting:
Who What When? How? Where

As a whistleblower, please ensure that your description can also be understood by people outside the field. For this purpose, it is helpful if you are available for further questions and regularly log in to the reporting portal.

The responsible body carefully checks each process to determine whether there has been a violation of the rules and will take the necessary further measures if necessary. Whistleblowers have nothing to worry about.
